For her outstanding contributions as a fourth grade teacher, Margaret is recognized on the Donors’ Wall of Fame by Butcher’s Children’s School PTO for Emporia, Kansas.

Margaret Davidson has been a teacher for thirty-four years. She taught at Butcher Children’s School from 1981 -1983, and 1986-2003.  In addition to teaching fourth grade, she has also taught elementary music and fifth grade during her extensive career as an elementary school teacher.

Margaret Davidson is an outstanding educator.  She gets to know her students and tailors appropriate assignments to encourage them to meet or exceed their potential. She not only teachers the children, she inspires them.

Mrs. Davidson has supervised many students teachers during her tenure at Butcher.  She encourages others to teach children in the most positive and professional manner.  When she retires, not only will she leave a legacy of many successful students, she will also leave a legacy of many fine educators in Kansas.
